At Lillian Park and Tippett Park, we are proud to be leading the industry with the introduction of geothermal technology; an innovative system that uses underground pipes to harness the earth's energy to heat and cool a building. A powerful tool in the fight against climate change, geothermal uses 40% less energy than a traditional HVAC system, produces 70% less greenhouse gas, and saves over 5 million litres of water per year.

In addition to lessening the impact of a community on the planet, geothermal provides great benefits for our residents – it lowers annual energy costs for the entire building and removes unsightly cooling towers and fans, plus, the noise from a traditional HVAC system is reduced, creating more peace and quiet for residents and guests.
