Our general managers and directors of operations are visible, available and walk around common areas to speak with residents when they can. We always want residents to have an opportunity to speak with us, and we want them to feel heard.

Shiplake is proud to work with the City of Toronto as part of the RentSafeTO: Apartment Building Standards Program. RentSafeTO aims to ensure that building owners and operators comply with building maintenance standards and that tenants understand their rights and responsibilities.
