You might be familiar with our #happyathome campaign, which serves as the cornerstone of our philosophy across all of Shiplake's premium urban rental communities. Our focus is on crafting exceptional spaces and consistently enhancing our offerings to redefine the concept of superior living. Now, this vision is being realized through several amazing new enhancements at Lillian Park.
Taking into account feedback from our residents, we have implemented various improvements to the outdoor spaces at 44 Lillian Street. For starters, we've replaced the lawn of the outdoor theatre with luxury artificial grass, a composite material that looks and feels like real grass, but with the added benefit that it stays lush and green throughout the year, and helps with sustainability by reducing water usage; eliminating the need for gas-powered lawn equipment; and protecting the local wildlife by avoiding the use of pesticides and fertilizers. All this means the space is now an attractive element of the community landscape, creating a charming setting for residents and guests, as well as healthier, more sustainable planet.
In addition, a larger TV screen has been installed, to enhance the cinematic experience, and a collection of crimson Muskoka chairs now add a vibrant burst of colour, while providing an ideal setting for snuggling beneath the stars. Twinkle lights cast a warm glow, illuminating the space. And of course, we continue our tradition of providing complimentary popcorn on movie night, because a movie isn't a movie without some salty treats.

The impetus for the entire project began with our Director of Leasing and Marketing, Elizabeth, who, through a recent community survey at Lillian Park, noted a common theme in the resident feedback, requesting improvements to the landscaping and amenities.
Jessica, Elizabeth, Simona, Katrina, and Natascha of the Shiplake Marketing Team, looked after programming the space, giving careful consideration to all the details – big and small – that would make a beautiful impression and have a lasting impact for residents.
Kurt, Roshen, and Aaron - the exceptional trio behind our Operations Team - worked in collaboration with our construction development partners at Collecdev, to bring the changes to life in a timely fashion, inviting residents to enjoy them while summer is still in full swing.
